Live recording of the works of grand masters of Persian music based on the poems of Rumi, Bahar, Jammi, and Rahi-Moayeri. This disk will provide a unique opportunity for the listeners to experience Persian traditional music in its original form. This music in its truest form requires a unity between the musicians and the spiritual values from which the music originates. Lian Ensemble provides glimpses of the spiritual character of this art form.
